The Sommelier's Table experience is specifically designed for the wine to take center stage and the food to be prepared to complement it. The table can accommodate up to eight people, and is similar to the concept of a chef’s table, but instead, the wine is the main focus of the experience. Carroll will act as host for the evening, providing in depth tasting notes and the history of each wine. A pre-set tasting menu, based on seasonally available ingredients, is customized specifically for the wine by our chef.
