| Memorial Day Grilling Demo
Join The Butcher’s Block and BRABO Chef de Cuisine Chris Watson on Saturday, May 18th for a grilling demo on the restaurant’s courtyard to kick off the summer season. From 1 until 3 p.m. Chef Watson will be demonstrating how to prepare a spread of grilled meats, including locally raised Martin’s Angus Beef from Virginia’s Piedmont Valley,

| Sonoma Winemaker Dinner - May 22, 2013
BRABO by Robert Wiedmaier will host the first of a series of quarterly dinners prepared by Executive Chef Robert Wiedmaier showcasing wine pairings from Sonoma, California artisan winemakers Hartford Family Winery. Hartford winemaker Jeff Stewart will lead a discussion about the selected wines from the acclaimed Russian River Valley, and the concept behind their parings. Hartford Family Winery uses smaller, low-yielding vineyards as a means of creating wine with unique and distinctive character.
The wine selections will be available for purchase at BRABO’s adjacent retail space, the Butcher’s Block, with prices ranging from $34-$45 and10% case discounts available. Dinner is priced at $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
